The Thrive program serves Cowlitz and Wahkiakum Counties, allowing eligible job seeks to access free training and support services.  Examples:

Gas vouchers, Career advice, Clothing, Tools for work, etc.  Must meet eligibility requirements, fall below Federal Poverty Level - 200%.  Males under 26 years of age must be registered for Selective Service.
